For all subscription methods:
If you subscribe through the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings after purchase.

If you subscribe through the Android app, payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in Google Play Store settings.
If you subscribe through the web at libspace.io, payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You can manage and cancel your subscription from the Settings page within the app.
LibSpace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, pricing, and subscription plans, at any time with or without notice. We may also change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Service.
For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes take effect on your account. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect if you do not agree to the changes.
We reserve the right to modify the features and benefits included in any subscription tier. Free features may become paid features, and paid features may be modified or removed. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet every requirement or expectation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the Service.
Certain provisions—such as limitations of liability—continue to apply after termination.
We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will communicate them through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
