LibSpace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, pricing, and subscription plans, at any time with or without notice. We may also change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Service.

For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes take effect on your account. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect if you do not agree to the changes.

We reserve the right to modify the features and benefits included in any subscription tier. Free features may become paid features, and paid features may be modified or removed. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet every requirement or expectation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the Service.

Certain provisions—such as limitations of liability—continue to apply after termination.
